Details: 

The hotel will have 2 underground (-1 and -2 floors) and 7 above-ground floors (ground floor, five floors and attic). All floors are connected by a staircase and elevator according to the project. 

Above-ground floors: 

Ground floor. The main entrance of the hotel, lobby / reception, buffet dining room and cloakroom are planned at the ground floor level. 

Accommodation units: 80 beds in 38 accommodation units and 2 apartments. All accommodation units will be on the first, second, third, fourth, fifth floors and on the attic floor. 

Underground floors:

-1 basement floor: 20 parking spaces, storage and sprinklers. 

– 2 floor of the basement: in the first part there is a kitchen, a wardrobe and chambers for storing food. In the second part, there is a wellness area with a Turkish and Finnish sauna, as well as a separate toilet for the staff and a cloakroom.
